By downloading or using Chains, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your license
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Chains for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
What you may not do
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; use the app for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the app's security or integrity.
Third-party ads
The app displays third-party advertisements via Appodeal. Third-party advertisers are responsible for the content and data practices of their advertisements.
Usage data
The app uses Amplitude to collect anonymous usage analytics — such as session data and in-app events — to help us improve the experience. No personally identifiable information is collected by us directly. By using the app, you agree to Amplitude's data collection as described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limits on our liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Ending your license
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the app at any time if you violate these Terms of Use.
Updates to these terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
